This is a customer-facing role focused on inbound calls with occasional outbound follow-up, assisting beneficiaries with coverage options, enrollment, and plan details.
After 4–5 weeks of onsite training in Rancho Cordova, CA, you will transition to remote work with company equipment. Full-time contract, Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM PST, starting Nov 30, 2026.
