Remote Customer Onboarding Specialist

Support customer onboarding remotely from Canada, using clear communication and strong organisation to guide new business partners successfully. Help deliver accurate, timely account approvals.

As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will serve as the primary contact for new business partners. You will manage documentation, account verification, and approval coordination. The work requires customer-focused communication, CRM accuracy, and close collaboration with Compliance, Sales, Operations, and Host Success teams.

• Guide partners through onboarding requirements and documentation
• Collect KYC information, ownership details, and required materials
• Review submissions for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
• Track cases, resolve delays, and communicate progress
• Maintain accurate records across CRM and internal systems

• At least one year of relevant professional experience
• Strong document review and recordkeeping attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
• Familiarity with CRM, document systems, and Microsoft Office
