Use medical knowledge and interviewing skills as a remote Medical Tele-Interviewer with Manulife across Canada. Support customers from home.
This full-time Manulife role conducts lifestyle and medical interviews supporting underwriting for individual life and critical illness insurance applications. You will gather sensitive information, provide customer service, protect confidentiality, and address concerns professionally. Shifts run Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. local time.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct in-depth lifestyle and medical interviews
- Support underwriting for insurance applications
- Elicit personal and medical information tactfully
- Manage workload accurately and efficiently
- Protect confidential information and address customer concerns
- Medical knowledge, terminology, or experience
- Accuracy under time constraints
- Strong spelling, grammar, and communication skills
- Professional customer service abilities
- Independent work with minimal supervision; bilingualism valued
