What You’ll Do

• Lead design and documentation from concept through construction
• Manage permitting, code compliance, and consultant coordination
• Collaborate directly with clients, contractors, and design team
• Contribute creative ideas while ensuring technical accuracy

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of professional experience (residential/hospitality preferred)
• Strong knowledge of construction, codes, and detailing
• Proficiency in Revit
• Must be based in Maine, with flexibility to travel to sites as needed
