Studio A Architecture is a full‑service architectural firm based in Louisville, KY, with satellite offices in Lexington, KY, Nashville, TN, Indianapolis, IN, and Cleveland, OH. We provide architectural design services for Multi‑Family, Senior care and Hospitality projects across over 20 states in the US. Our focus is on delivering professional services tailored to meet each client's specific needs with enthusiasm, integrity, and discretion.

Studio A is looking for a talented and motivated Project Architect/Project Manager. The position is based in Louisville, KY but offers flexibility for hybrid in‑office/remote work.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in construction documents and construction administration. A qualified applicant will be leading a small team on a variety of projects. Multi‑family and Senior Care projects experience is preferred, but not required.

• Communicate with the client’s representatives
• Direct and coordinate production of construction documents
• Work and coordinate with engineering consultants throughout all phases of the project
• Participate in marketing efforts including attending presentations to prospective clients

• Professional degree in Architecture
• 5+ years of related experience
• Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam Studio and MS Teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with building codes, specifications, building and engineering systems
• Experience in Senior Care or Multi‑Family projects preferred.
