Overview

Entermotion is a small team that is outgrowing a small studio. We started as a design studio focused on boutique digital projects and have experienced rapid growth on a few key projects. We remain a close-knit team that values simplicity, ethics, and direct collaboration. We are excited to invite new teammates to the party and continue delivering our best work.

• Flexible paid leave and vacation policies. We hire people who like to work, so time off is generally self-managed; most people take 1–2 weeks per year and are paid for family and health needs as they arise.
• Paid maternity leave of 2 months and paid paternity leave of 1 month. In practice, people with kids sometimes take more than the written minimum.
• We emphasize asynchronous communication: limited meetings and desk time, with writing, chat, and emails enabling the whole team to read and reply when they can.

You are a designer. We recognize that design roles blend technical capability with aesthetic sense. Some designers are strong with templates; others are highly focused on user experience. We value the ability to blend tech with taste, and designers who can contribute ideas and even build things if asked. Developers often bring design skills, and designers can contribute to building things when appropriate.

Today’s designers may rely on tools like Figma and digital design workflows, but one core trait remains: you care about the quality of design from concept to detail—down to the pixel, the em dash, or the conceptual framing you apply on top of a logo or interface.

You’re a designer who is interested in all that means today—whether it’s a responsive website, an interface screen, or a logo and brand collateral. You likely have experience creating logos and print materials, and you value care, craft, and collaboration with good clients and teammates.
