What You’ll Doing- Partner with sales and regional managers to ensure smooth delivery of technical solutions
- Lead customer‑facing communication during system trials, service visits, and implementations
- Travel to customer sites across North America for on‑site trials, training, and system setup
- Provide remote support via phone and video
- Create clear, professional reports and documentation
- Help shape our evolving product by contributing feedback and new development ideas
- Assist in developing technical content such as training videos, manuals, and field guides
- Strong understanding of industrial painting/coating processes (automotive or general industry)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self‑starter attitude with a passion for problem‑solving and learning
- Comfortable working independently and traveling regularly
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and basic networking tools
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, is required for this role.
- Must be located in Continental US
- Hands‑on experience in a high production paint shop or finishing line
- Prior involvement in training or technical sales discussions
- Exposure to international manufacturing environments
- Additional language skills (German, Spanish or French)
