• Partner with sales and regional managers to ensure smooth delivery of technical solutions
• Lead customer‑facing communication during system trials, service visits, and implementations
• Travel to customer sites across North America for on‑site trials, training, and system setup
• Provide remote support via phone and video
• Create clear, professional reports and documentation
• Help shape our evolving product by contributing feedback and new development ideas
• Assist in developing technical content such as training videos, manuals, and field guides

• Strong understanding of industrial painting/coating processes (automotive or general industry)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self‑starter attitude with a passion for problem‑solving and learning
• Comfortable working independently and traveling regularly
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and basic networking tools
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, is required for this role.
• Must be located in Continental US

• Hands‑on experience in a high production paint shop or finishing line
• Prior involvement in training or technical sales discussions
• Exposure to international manufacturing environments
• Additional language skills (German, Spanish or French)
