Employment Type: Full time, remote, Independent Contractor.
Job Description:We are currently seeking a talented Architectural Interior Designer to join our team. This role involves close collaboration with our Senior Designer through daily zoom meetings, contributing to high-end residential, hospitality and boutique commercial projects in Athens, Antiparos and New York.
Responsibilities include:
- Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents and Project Management
- Drafting (AutoCAD), 3D modeling and photorealistic renderings
- Sourcing and procurement of FF&E including art
Qualifications:
- Degree in Interior Design or Architecture required
- 1 to 6 years of professional experience in high end residential or hospitality design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, Sketch Up, 3ds Max, Vray
- Strong design sensibility with a refined, discerning anesthetic
- Proficiency with AI assisted design tools and workflows is a strong plus
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Highly organized, communicative and self motivated
- Comfortable working remotely in a fast paced, collaborative environment
