Digital Storytelling Designer

NTT DATA is looking for a Digital Storytelling Designer to join our Strategic Growth team in New York, New York (US‑NY). This position may be remote for the right candidate.

• You excel at working through ambiguity to create a clear vision and can adapt your message so that it resonates with different audiences.
• You’re a master at creating a variety of visual internal and client‑facing artifacts and deliverables and can guide teammates through your vision.

• Translating strategic narratives, proposals, marketing, and other material into polished, persuasive artifacts for both clients and internal audiences (most often in slides).
• Collaborating with other designers to support and maintain adherence to Launch and NTT DATA brand and visual standards.
• Creating and maintaining a library of storytelling tools (templates, frameworks, visuals, and more) in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Assisting non‑designers in improving their understanding of layout and typography so they can produce better artifacts on their own.
• Maintaining exceptional attention to detail; pixel‑perfect is your starting point.
• Using your 3–6 years of experience as a visual/graphic designer focused on storytelling systems (typography, layout, deck/proposal design, and similar activities).
• Applying expert level skills in PowerPoint and Figma.
• Managing deadlines and ambiguity, sharing in‑progress work at all levels of fidelity.
• Developing strong relationships and building trust with colleagues and decision‑makers across internal teams.
• Holding strong opinions that are weakly held.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop). Experience with motion graphics is a plus.
• Experience building and shipping user‑facing apps, websites, and other platforms.
• Ability to rapidly build expertise in new businesses and industries.
• A talent for building consensus among opinionated teammates within a large and complex organization.
