As a Senior Web Designer at Wonderist, you’ll lead the creation of strategy‑driven digital experiences for small business clients, primarily in the dental and healthcare space. You’ll pair creative vision with deep UX expertise to build high‑impact, conversion‑focused web designs that elevate our clients’ brands and business outcomes. You’ll work independently, mentor junior designers, drive strategic conversations, and collaborate seamlessly with development, content, and marketing teams.

• Lead conceptualization and execution of polished, high‑fidelity web design mockups that prioritize accessibility, user experience, and conversion optimization.
• Translate complex brand and marketing strategies into responsive digital interfaces.
• Confidently present and defend design decisions to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accountability for design excellence across multiple projects.
• Mentor junior designers and foster continuous improvement.
