Position: Senior Designer – Healthcare Marketing (Contract)

Type: Full-Time Contract (Minimum 4 Months)

Start Date: Mid to Late October 2025

Location: Cardiff-by-the-Sea, CA [Hybrid, remote M & F, in-office T-TH]

The Role

We’re seeking a highly skilled Senior Designer with proven expertise in print, website design, and digital advertising to join our creative team on a full-time contract basis. This role will play a critical part in producing visually compelling, brand-consistent creative assets for healthcare clients. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing, content, and strategy teams to translate complex healthcare messaging into engaging designs that drive awareness, trust, and action.



Key Responsibilities

• Lead design execution across a range of formats, including print collateral, websites, landing pages, digital display ads, social media ads, and email campaigns.
• Develop creative concepts and visual solutions that align with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
• Ensure design accuracy and consistency across all touchpoints, with a strong attention to detail.
• Work closely with copywriters, developers, and marketing managers to deliver high-quality, on-brand creative assets.
• Adapt complex healthcare concepts into clear, engaging, and patient-friendly visual communications.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors when needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency or in-house creative environment.
• Proven healthcare marketing experience—familiarity with regulatory considerations, patient-centric communication, and healthcare industry standards.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of print, web, and digital ad work.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma or similar web design tools.
• Experience with responsive website design and an understanding of UX/UI principles.
• Knowledge of preparing digital assets for various ad platforms and social channels.
• Exceptional typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Contract Details

• Full-time commitment for a minimum of 4 months.
• Start date:
  
  Mid to Late October 2025.
• Possibility of contract extension based on project needs and performance.
• Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience.
