We utilize BIM through 3D modeling software on our projects from start to finish which allows us to ensure an exceptionally high level of accuracy and thorough documentation of our designs.
At DSEA we have three pillars of design focus: preservation, adaptation, and innovation. Our designs affect and transform lives, enhance communities and neighborhoods, and are a testament to our thorough design approach in developing unique design solutions for each client and site context. As a result, our designs range from modernism to contemporary influences to historic preservation in solving functional programmatic needs with the appropriate solutions.
