Ai is one of the larger architectural firms specialising in schools, health & care, social housing, cultural projects, commercial buildings and more.

As a BIM Collaborator within our Technical Engineering (MEP) department
, you will play a key role in the technical design of our projects.

• Design the technical installations for your projects.
• Help draw and model the technical concept during the studies of special techniques.
• Develop detailed design and tender plans, including bills of quantities and concrete calculations (such as pipe diameters or electrical capacities).
• Work closely with project engineers and colleagues from your team to arrive at high-quality, integrated solutions.

You are someone who effortlessly combines technical expertise, accuracy and collaboration.

• A technical education (professional bachelor’s degree in electromechanics, air conditioning, etc.) or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in medium-sized or large projects.
• A good knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD and common Office applications.
• Fluency in Dutch; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to come up with well-thought-out solutions with different parties.
