Computershare Issuer Services has a unique opportunity for a Senior Designer within our Creative team dedicated to the North America Issuer Services business line. The Creative team works closely with our portfolio marketing partners to create powerful campaigns and events and drive revenue growth.

The Marketing team provides customer and market intelligence, brand strategy, campaign development and execution, and strategic client pursuit. All marketing projects are managed by the Marketing Services team to bring together marketing expertise, best practice, consistency, and global content while ensuring local relevance and market‑specific requirements.

• Think creatively to conceptualize campaigns, translating business objectives into targeted creative assets.
• Design and produce strategic marketing materials that support objectives.
• Develop multiple concepts for campaigns, targeting specific audiences.
• Produce high‑quality design output across the organization.
• Present finalized ideas and concepts to internal clients or business leaders.
• Support a creative environment conducive to development and sharing.
• Ensure quality and timely delivery of projects within budget and on brand.
• Test designs for usability and quality where appropriate.
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary and global marketing team to advance high‑priority projects.

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four‑year college or university.
• Minimum of 5‑6 years’ experience at a design firm, agency, or in‑house design department.
• Strong video creation/editing skills and experience with print, events, and digital media.
• Proven knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Experience with emerging design trends, digital platforms, and marketing automation software is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and presentation skills; ability to work remotely in a matrixed, collaborative team environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to forge relationships with stakeholders across business functions and external suppliers/freelancers.
• Ability to collaborate across Brand, Content, Campaigns, Events, Portfolio Marketing, Web & Digital, Business stakeholders, and Strategic Pursuits.

Typical base pay range: $78,000 - $105,000. This range is specific to the Chicago IL and Canton MA locations.
