Remote Trip Designer

Key Responsibilities- Discuss travel needs and preferences with clients
- Assist in developing customized itinerary ideas
- Help coordinate bookings for lodging, transportation, and tours
- Communicate updates and respond to client questions
- Connect with travel partners when needed for arrangements
- Prepare itinerary details and confirmations
- Review travel plans to ensure accuracy
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Organized and attentive to details
- Comfortable using online tools
- Able to work independently

- Experience in hospitality or planning is a plus, not required
