Your Role
- 3-7 years of marketing experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Public Relations, Communications, Graphic Design, or Journalism is a plus.
- Independently produce responses to Requests for Proposals/Qualifications from start to finish.
- Create qualification materials, solicit and compile required components from technical staff, and assist in interview preparations.
- Manage and create the pursuit response with technical staff, develop marketing qualification packages, and showcase graphic design skills.
- Utilize advanced English writing, editing, and proofreading skills to create new content for our growing library of marketing materials.
- Proficiency in InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Hybrid remote position with requirement of two in-office days per week.

Salary Range
: $64,000 – $75,000 (base salary). Actual salaries vary based on location, experience, and performance. The listed range is one component of Glumac’s comprehensive compensation package.
