MDa Studios is seeking a designer with a passion for design, an appreciation for material richness, and meticulous attention to detail. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with principals and team members across all project phases—from initial 3D modeling through construction documentation and administration.

The designer will prepare architectural documents under supervision and provide design and drafting support to project teams across all project phases. Responsibilities include developing design sketches, layouts, and details in coordination with principals, project managers, and consultants.

• Accredited Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• 4–7 years of post‑graduate professional experience
• Ability to work independently and work on multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
• Strong creative thinking and problem‑solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Residential design experience preferred
• Self‑motivated with a commitment to professional growth
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD required
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch Up preferred
• Excellent verbal, written, and graphic communication skills
• Ability to effectively coordinate with team members, consultants, contractors, and clients
• Comfortable in a dog‑friendly office environment
