Position Overview Bermello Ajamil (BA), a Woolpert Company is hiring a Senior Architect to join our dynamic Healthcare Architecture team at our Coral Gables, FL office. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants must already possess work authorization in the country the job is located. #LI-SN1

What You Will Do
  • Drive project execution, along with the project manager, working closely with clients, consultants, team members, and other project contributors.
  • Guide and manage a team of architects, engineers, and production staff to deliver innovative projects that exceed client expectations.
  • Lead research into relevant code, materials and systems, and client-specific prompts, leveraging derived insights to create unique and innovative design solutions.
  • Develop thoughtful technical solutions and manage the delivery of clear and concise project documentation.
  • Seek opportunities to contribute to design excellence by playing an active role in a collaborative design process.
  • Operate successfully in a hybrid home/office environment.
  • Willingness to mentor younger team members, for the benefit of the projects the team works on as well as for the team’s professional development.
What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution and have a minimum of 10 years of work experience.
  • Professional Registration is desired.
  • Possess excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Has experience with projects with high technical and performance demands.
  • Has practice crafting quality architectural drawing sets and project manuals.
  • Is skilled in Autodesk Revit and Bluebeam.
  • Has experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, etc.)

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Pay Range $106,400—$177,400 USD
