Sawhill Custom Kitchen and Design provides comprehensive kitchen and bath design, build, and remodeling services for the Twin Cities and surrounding areas. With a showroom open five days a week, our team of experts includes space planners, designers, efficiency experts, and master craftsmen. We handle a variety of projects like kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, mudrooms, home offices, and custom cabinets. Our showroom is located at International Market Square in Minneapolis, where you can get an in-person look at our work.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design and the ability to create a well thought, detailed plan that is an accurate reflection of the customers vision. The candidate must be confident in communicating with the customer and team. The candidate must be an exceptional listener who truly understands the customer and the team they are working with. The candidate must have the ability to collaborate and work consultatively while setting strong expectations around the project.

Kitchen, Bath and Remodeling experience a plus.
Position Pay shown is Salary with Bonus

• Meet with Customers and learn about their projects. Explain the company process.
• Set strong expectations and lead the customer to a successful outcome.
• Measure space and capture data for accurate plans.
• Design elegant Kitchens, Baths and Remodels using Chief Architect.
• Assist clients in making selections.
• Work with Project teams to ensure project success.
• Learn and know construction processes, building science and codes.
• Manage Customer expectations and provide top notch customer experience.

• Design Degree
• Minimum 5 years Residential Interior Design Experience with Portfolio of Completed Projects
• Strong Listening and Sales Skills.
• Chief Architect
• Independent and Self Motivated
• General Code and Construction Knowledge
