• Support Studio’s on‑time project completion rate of 80% for creative requests to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
• Ensure 100% compliance with packaging guidelines across all product lines, maintaining brand consistency, and regional regulatory adherence.
• Ensure 100% adherence to established workflow processes
  , keeping files organized and accessible in the digital asset system.
• Improve annual tool and software utilization, ensuring efficient use of Adobe Suite, AI tools, and workflow systems to optimize production.
• Ensure 100% of packaging innovation projects incorporate data‑driven design execution leveraging market trends, consumer behaviour, and industry data to inform creative decisions.

• Experience & Expertise – 7+ years in packaging design within CPG, health & wellness, or food & beverage, with a portfolio that demonstrates senior‑level creativity and execution.
• Technical Mastery – Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), plus strong knowledge of dielines, prepress, and print production. Bonus if you’ve worked with 3D visualization tools (Cinema4D, Blender) or AI‑assisted design.
• Strategic Thinking – Ability to align creative with business goals, regulatory needs, and consumer insights.
• Collaboration – Excellent communicator who thrives on cross‑functional teamwork.
• Leadership Mindset – Ready to mentor, influence, and set the bar high for packaging design.
