In this role, you’ll be reporting to the Senior Product Manager with a hybrid working schedule between our Fairfield, NJ location and home office.
Responsibilities- ps Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing suppliers while creating new relationships to diversify product offering
- s.Plan and manage the annual schedule of vendor meetings, both virtual and in-person
- n.Troubleshoot with suppliers and internal teams to ensure products meet the highest quality standard
- s.Negotiate preliminary pricing and terms
- msWork with Supply Chain to qualify new specifications and pricing
- g.Ensure compliance with current vendor agreements and collection quota
- s.Finalize supplier agreements and collaborate on product diversification strategy
- fe Attend trend presentations and trade shows, drawing insights for future designs
- ignSeek inspiration from travel, art, and culture to fuel innovative concepts

Research color trends, styles, and techniques to meet market needs or spark new demand - nd.
Analyze category sales and market trends to inform collection direction - on.
Develop and present new product ideas to the designer and senior designer aligned with seasonal themes - es.
Collaborate with senior designers to innovate wallcovering collections - ns.
Commission, purchase, or create artwork by hand and through design software (Illustrator, Photoshop, AVA) - cs.
Partner with suppliers to obtain prototypes and refine concepts - ts.
Work with Marketing to create the story of each collection - val Generate color palettes and request strike‑offs that align with seasonal themes

Collaborate with mills and suppliers to ensure color consistency and product specifications - ons.
Prepare sign‑off packages with rationale, palettes, specifications, and budgets for leadership approval - val.
Manage timelines, milestones, and interdepartmental deliverables to keep collections on track - track.
Ensure accuracy in WFX PLM, purchase orders, and production files - les.
Partner with Quality Control and installers to evaluate product performance and create hanging instructions - ns.
Collaborate with Marketing to create impactful sales tools for the sales representatives - aves Maintain seasonal training presentations and provide product presentations to internal teams with anticipating client questions to ensure sales teams are equipped with the right tools
- Table Bachelor of Fine Arts or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in design related field
- Proficiency in design software Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & AVA C
- Background in painting or drawing
- Experience collaborating across departments and with external suppliers
- Detail-oriented project management skills with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
