You’ll design and build stunning, conversion-optimized web experiences that bring our brand to life. You’ll work closely with our Head of Design and Marketing team to create engaging digital touchpoints that resonate with property managers and showcase the power of our platform.

• Design and develop our marketing website and landing pages in Webflow
• Create responsive, pixel-perfect designs that align with our brand and Design System
• Collaborate on UI/UX improvements for web-based user journeys
• Implement smooth animations, interactions, and seamless user experiences
• Optimize pages for performance, SEO, and conversions
• Creation of marketing assets

• 3+ years of professional experience in web design
• Strong Webflow development skills with a portfolio showcasing published projects
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design
• Fluent in German (both written and spoken)
• Comfortable working in English in an international team
• Eye for detail, creativity, and a passion for clean, modern design
