This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Women’s Designer located in the New York City Metropolitan Area, with some work from home acceptable. The Assistant Designer will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of the lingerie, bridal and ready-to-wear collections. Daily tasks include technical sketching, technical drawings, sourcing fabrics, and collaborating with the design team to bring concepts to life.

Additionally, this role supports product development team with tech packs and production team with raw materials detailed descriptions.

• Experience in sketching and technical drawings
• Knowledge of fabric selection and garment construction
• Ability to collaborate with the design team and contribute innovative ideas
• Experience in conducting market research and trend analysis
• Proficiency in design software such as CAD, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, CLO, Procreate, Miro a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or Technical Design
