We’re seeking a Legal Graphics Designer with a strong foundation in PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Excel—and an eagerness to continue learning and leveling up. Above all, we value curiosity, adaptability, and a drive for excellence.

This role involves substantial travel, sometimes with short notice, and requires flexibility in scheduling. Late nights, early mornings, and weekend work may be needed to meet tight deadlines and support clients in high-stakes environments. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, with an efficient and thoughtful design process.
• Schedule flexibility, including the ability to work late nights, early mornings, or weekends as needed.
• Willingness to travel for extended periods (1-8 weeks at a time).
• Strong composure, positivity, and quick thinking in high-pressure situations.
• Ability to break down complex concepts and communicate them visually for diverse audiences.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for inconsistencies.
• Strong reading comprehension and writing skills.

• Collaborate with legal teams to produce polished, compelling visuals for juries, judges, and government agencies (e.g., DOJ, SEC).
• Travel onsite with trial teams and provide ongoing, on-call support throughout the trial's duration.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, working independently or as part of a team.
• Refine, enhance, and ensure consistency across visual presentations based on client feedback.
• Participate in a structured 40-hour-per-week training program (up to 3 months). After the training period, you will transition to a more flexible schedule, supporting billable work while continuing to develop your skills.
