CR Design is seeking a Maine-licensed, Maine-based Architect to join our team. This is a remote-only position, with occasional travel to project sites across New England. We focus on high-end residential, hospitality, and boutique projects that demand design excellence and technical precision.
What You’ll Do
- Lead design and documentation from concept through construction
- Manage permitting, code compliance, and consultant coordination
- Collaborate directly with clients, contractors, and design team
- Contribute creative ideas while ensuring technical accuracy
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of professional experience (residential/hospitality preferred)
- Strong knowledge of construction, codes, and detailing
- Proficiency in Revit
- Must be based in Maine, with flexibility to travel to sites as needed
