Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Architect, based in Dubai, with flexibility for some remote work. The Architect will be responsible for developing innovative architectural designs, collaborating on project execution, and ensuring the integration of aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability. The role involves project management, overseeing budgets, timelines, compliance with regulations, and regularly liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to conceptualize and develop innovative designs
- Experience in Project Management, including managing budgets, timelines, and coordination with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge and skills in Software Development and digital tools relevant to architectural processes
- Expertise in Integration of design principles, materials, and construction methods in alignment with project requirements
- Strong communication and presentation skills for client engagement and effective collaboration with multidisciplinary groups
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- Familiarity with sustainability practices and local building regulations is an advantage
