We are seeking a creative and passionate designer to join our team. You will work with our product, engineering and operations teams to create exceptional, user-friendly experiences. You'll work on a cutting-edge product that enables our members to access their health data in real-time, and you'll be challenged to make a difference in people's lives.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working through ambiguity, complex data visualization, meticulous in their attention to detail, self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. As an early member of our team, your contributions will play a critical role in shaping the future of our member experience as we scale from currently thousands of members to millions.

• Product Understanding:
  
  Comprehend product goals, identify requirements, and address user problems to optimize both member impact and company benefits.
• Cross-Functional Leadership:
  
  Guide cross-functional teams through the design process, ensuring the successful implementation of new features and functionalities across multiple platforms.
• Solution Presentation:
  
  Illustrate and present creative solutions that enhance user experience; effectively communicate design rationale to stakeholders.
• Research and Integration:
  
  Support user experience research, share findings, and integrate insights into product development to continually refine user interactions.
• Design System Management:
  
  Work within, expand, and maintain a comprehensive and efficient design system, ensuring consistency and quality in design outputs.

• Proven Experience:
  
  5+ years experience, with at least 3 years of UI/UX design experience and 2 years of dedicated product design experience.
• Design Mastery:
  
  Proficient in design principles and best practices, including typography, desktop/mobile UI, color schemes, layout, and iconography.
• Portfolio:
  
  Possesses a diverse and compelling online portfolio that showcases a wide range of design projects.
• Critical Thinking:
  
  Willingness to challenge assumptions and commit to ongoing professional development.
