Architect Level I – three to five years interiors experience in Corporate Interior Design, Government Interiors, and Healthcare. Proficient drafting and modeling skills are required. Be ready to step up to a leadership role. Responsibilities include client contact, design, and execution.
We are a midsized architecture firm with high-profile commercial projects. We are a world‑class leader in the design of user-focused environments for Fortune 500 clients in Tech, Medicine, and Finance. Projects are located throughout North America (CA, WI, TN, MA, DE, IL). Travel is required.
If it is time for you to move into a project leadership role, we will give you the tools and responsibility to make that happen. Our project delivery model provides a single point of contact for our clients from programming through punch list. Working closely with firm principals you will lead the design team for your projects. Our process ensures the highest quality designs and user-friendly spaces by working with experienced firm leadership on every project.

- Lead the team through programming, design, production, and project execution
- Manage project budgets and schedules
- Master of Architecture or Bachelor of Architecture
- 3 – 5 years broad Architectural experience
- Quality design portfolio
- Track record of progressive project responsibilities
- Experience in a range of commercial project types with preference for corporate office and medical experience
- Demonstrated skill in project communications
- Interpersonal and team leadership skills
- Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite applications - Working knowledge
- Autodesk Revit – Practical Experience in both design and construction document phases
