Architectural Drafter/Project Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Drafter/Project Coordinator to join our established General Contractor and Architectural firm in Fort Worth, TX. Specializing in industrial and commercial projects, the ideal candidate will support our current Architect in drafting and design responsibilities. This role requires significant experience in architectural drafting, proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, and the ability to coordinate effectively with different disciplines and consultants.

• Assist the Architect with drafting and design tasks.
• Coordinate with various disciplines and consultants to ensure project alignment.
• Utilize AutoCAD and Revit for drafting purposes.
• Support project coordination and management tasks.
• Contribute to production with strong drafting capabilities.

• 5-7 years of experience in architectural drafting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong production abilities in the architecture field.

• Experience with industrial, office space, warehouse, or pre-manufactured projects.
• Background in project coordination, construction, design, and BIM.

The work environment includes an office with about 10+ people, including one Architect and several Construction Managers. The position offers a hybrid schedule, with two days working from home and three days in the office. The company values work-life balance but is currently experiencing a busy period. This is a Permanent position based out of Fort Worth, TX.

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
