Responsibilities
- Lead architectural teams through all phases of design and documentation, ensuring alignment with project goals, client expectations, and federal standards.
- Oversee production work in Revit from schematic design through construction documents, ensuring quality control and adherence to project specifications.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for government clients, facilitating clear communication, managing expectations, and building long‑term relationships.
- Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation while monitoring progress and proactively addressing risks or delays.
- Mentor junior staff, coordinate with consultants and engineers, and foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Ensure all deliverables meet applicable codes, DoD criteria, and federal agency standards.

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Project Manager
- Experience managing budgets, deadlines, and schedules
- 4+ years of experience being client‑facing and coordinating with trades
- Ability to lead a team of 2-4
- 5+ years of experience working on construction documents
- Federal or public works project experience
- Preferred:
Architectural License
This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with in‑office days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and remote work on Monday and Friday. Employees work four 9‑hour days and a half‑day on Friday, with hours from 7AM to 5PM or 8AM to 6PM, including a 1‑hour lunch break. On Fridays, work hours are from 8AM to 12PM. The company provides a stable environment with long‑term growth opportunities and the chance to work on exciting federal projects.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Las Vegas, NV.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $38.46 - $52.88/hr.
