Reimagine Resources is a values-driven, full-service fitness resource provider specializing in facility consultation, gym design, equipment installation, repair, and maintenance. We serve commercial fitness spaces nationwide, providing expert solutions and high-quality service.

We are seeking a highly organized, client-oriented, and creatively minded Fitness Industry Project & Sales Coordinator to lead our gym layout projects from concept to completion. This is a new position on our team with long-term growth potential. We’re looking for someone excited to shape the role and grow with us as we expand our capabilities in design and project execution.

POSITION

SUMMARY

The Fitness Industry Project & Sales Coordinator will be responsible for developing gym layouts, collaborating with clients, and managing equipment layout plans and installation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for space planning and aesthetics, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage deadlines and communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and our field team. This role involves a mix of remote and on-site work, regular team meetings in Fenton, MO, and some travel.

We hope to grow this position into a full-time position.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design & Layout Planning – Create equipment layouts and gym floor plans that reflect client needs and industry standards.
  • Client Collaboration – Work directly with clients to understand their goals, preferences, and space requirements.
  • Project Oversight – Coordinate installation logistics with vendors, contractors, and internal team members.
  • Proposal Development – Assist in preparing client-facing proposals, quotes, and visual presentations.
  • Site Visits – Conduct walkthroughs and take accurate site measurements when needed.
  • Vendor Coordination – Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers to confirm specifications and timelines.
  • Documentation – Keep clear records of project notes, timelines, and approvals.
  • Post-Project Support – Make layout adjustments and finalize markups after installs are complete.
PAY

This is an hourly part-time position.

  • Training Period (First 3 Months and 200 hr.): $18 per hour
  • Post-Training: $20 per hour. $21‑$28 per hour (with previous experience in the industry and/or a higher education and certifications in interior design, architecture, or sales)
  • Commission Eligibility: After 1 year in the role, commission opportunities will be available for completed projects and sales contributions.

SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday during business hours. Flexible weekday hours (5‑20 hours per week), including site visits, in-person meetings, and some remote work.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in gym design, space planning, or project management
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, or similar layout tools preferred.
  • Excellent communication and client service skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, and Google Suite.
