This is a full-time hybrid role for Architectural Staff located in the Greater Tampa Bay Area, with the flexibility to work remotely on selected occasions. The individual in this role will assist in the development of architectural designs, provide support for solution architecture and integration efforts, and collaborate closely with the team on innovative projects. Responsibilities include engaging in design creation, preparing detailed drawings, and ensuring that solutions align with project demands and design goals.

Effective communication and collaboration within the studio and with clients will be an integral part of the role.

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Experience in Solution Architecture and Integration processes
• Strong Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
• Attention to detail and ability to produce detailed and accurate architectural drawings
• Proficiency in architectural design tools and software
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• Familiarity with sustainable and environmentally conscious design practices is a plus
• Ability to manage time effectively in a hybrid work environment, balancing on-site and remote work expectations
