What's the Job?

• Communicate complex concepts effectively to create enthusiasm and alignment for future state experiences
• Utilize design systems to develop artifacts such as wireframes, storyboards, and customer journey maps
• Create visual design documents supporting end-to-end customer experience delivery
• Build connections and partnerships to deliver customer-centric solutions at scale
• Support synthesis of customer insights and data to identify larger issues beyond immediate customer desires

What's Needed?

• 8-10 years of experience in product or service design or equivalent experience using design thinking methodologies
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch
• Experience designing and supporting remote workshops
• Strong ability to communicate holistic solutions and leverage insights from various research methods
