Role Description

This is a full-time Interior Designer / Architectural Project Manager position based in Tampa, FL, with some flexibility for remote work as part of a hybrid work model. The role includes leading projects from conception to completion, managing design, coordination, and construction phases. Key responsibilities include space planning, creating architectural and construction drawings, preparing design presentations, managing FF&E selections, and collaborating with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure project goals and timelines are met effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design to create efficient and aesthetically compelling designs.
  • Strong expertise in Architecture and developing Construction Drawings for various projects.
  • Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams and meet client's goals within tight deadlines and budgets.
  • Proven communication and collaboration skills to work closely with clients, vendors, and consultants.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up) and understanding of building codes and regulations.
  • A degree in Architecture or Interior Design is preferred, with relevant work experience in the field.
  • LEED accreditation and a background in sustainable design are considered valuable assets.
