Huispedia is growing its team of creatives on a mission to unlock the housing market in the Netherlands, to allow people to move on with their lives instead of being stuck.

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to make impact on UI/UX across our platform, make decisions with the rest of our technology team, and drive at large problems impacting millions of people in the domain of the housing market.

• Take broad and ambiguous problems and turn them into delightful products. We will empower you to create innovative solutions that will impact the national housing market.
• Work closely with the other designers and software engineers to shape and iterate on product features across web and mobile.
• Proactively spot problems, taking the lead where needed and actively engaging with the rest of the team to bring design‑thinking to Huispedia.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an individual contributor in a product design team.
• Self‑starter attitude: you have the ability to take initiative and manage your own projects with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem solving skills, you are able to handle complexity and are able to strike the balance between quality and moving fast.
• You have experience working in fast paced environments such as start‑ups or scaleups.

• You get energy from owning the full design process, from first sketch to polished feature/product.
• You have used AI tools or automation in the design workflow.
