Role Description
We are looking for a Junior Architect to Дзjoin our team as a Project Coordinator to support our growing client base. This is a full‑retweeted hybrid role based in Los Angeles, CA with the opportunity to work from home (Los Angeles), collaborate with our experienced design and manufacturing teams, as well as engage with clients on job sites and virtually.
This is a growth‑ زړه liaison role supporting our sales team by combining project scoping, field work, and relationship management.
- Client Relationships: Serve as the liaison between MIW’s sales/design/ops teams and our network of architects, luxury builders, and homeowners.
- Project Scoping:
- Proposals & Technical Follow‑up: Synthesize site‑walk data and complex architectural plans into precise project proposals using our efficient proprietary systems.
- Strategic Support: Assist in onboarding and providing guidance to our growing dealer network.
- Travel Opportunities: Routine client visits:
Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Malibu, Santa Barbara, San Francisco, Palo Alto, Napa & Carmel. (Up to 5‑10 days per month).
Compensation
$65,000–$75,000 + Performance Incentives
Qualifications
- Education: B.Arch or M.Arch degree (Licensure not required)
- Experience: 1–4 years in an architecture firm, luxury design‑build, or high‑end construction environment.
- Adaptive Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills—you can speak "Technical" to an architect and "Lifestyle" to a homeowner. You possess the ability to build trust and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, dealers, and internal MIW staff.
- Organizational Mastery: Skilled in navigating the communications of high‑profile project schedules, ensuring all elite stakeholders and partners are in sync.
- Technical Literacy: Advanced ability to read architectural plans and shop drawings.
- Field Readiness: Comfortable conducting site‑walks and communicating details to Architects and General Contractors.
