Belfast, Northern Ireland VANRATH are recruiting an Architectural Technologist with a strong background in BIM (Revit) to work for an award winning Practice, based in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Remuneration: c £40,000 to £45,000 DOE package Benefits Include:

The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of technically complex and meaningful projects using industry-leading software and workflows. As an Architectural Technologist, you will:
Take responsibility for producing detailed design and construction documentation using Revit in line with BIM protocols Manage multiple projects at various stages of development Ensure technical and regulatory compliance across all drawing and model outputs Support project delivery through close collaboration with architects, consultants, and contractors Contribute to job running and project coordination duties across the office Help maintain and implement office BIM standards and best practices The Ideal Person: A third-level qualification in Architectural Technology, Architecture, or a construction-related discipline A minimum of 5 years' experience within an architectural practice Healthcare and/or Education experience Strong technical design skills and a proven track record delivering BIM-based projects using Revit A working knowledge of Building Regulations and CDM Regulations A keen eye for detail and commitment to design and documentation quality Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage time and priorities across multiple schemes For further information on this vacancy, or any other Built Environment job in Belfast or wider Northern Ireland, please apply via the link below or contact Robert Apps for a confidential discussion IND
