Belfast, Northern Ireland VANRATH are recruiting a Project Architect to work for an award winning Practice, based in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Remuneration: c £40,000 to £50,000 DOE package Benefits Include:

The Role:
The Project Architect will play a key leadership role in shaping the built environment across Northern Ireland and beyond. Lead exciting, technically complex projects, from concept through to completion, with the opportunity to influence design outcomes across the UK and Ireland. Working within a collaborative studio environment, you will:
Lead project delivery and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams Host client and design team meetings Regularly attend site visits to review progress and coordinate technical information Champion design excellence and technical rigor across all project stages The Ideal Person:
Registered Architect with the ability to carry out the full range of professional services Minimum of 7 years' post-registration experience within an architectural practice Healthcare and/or Education project experience At least 2 years' experience leading major capital projects as a Design Team Leader Strong design sensibility combined with robust technical skills Proficiency in Revit Solid working knowledge of Building Regulations and CDM Regulations A collaborative mindset and the ability to mentor junior team members For further information on this vacancy, or any other Built Environment job in Belfast or wider Northern Ireland, please apply via the link below or contact Robert Apps for a confidential discussion IND
