Konker Group is hiring a Senior, Associate, or Principal Landscape Architect for a forward-thinking consultancy in Cardiff.

The practice is employee-owned, with around 25 employees across Cardiff and Bristol.

What You'll Be Doing:
Senior / Associate / Principal Landscape Architect
 
Leading or supporting a variety of landscape projects from early-stage design to delivery
Working on public realm improvements, streetscapes, and regeneration masterplans
Contributing to a collaborative, multi-disciplinary studio environment
Helping develop team capability and design direction

Cardiff Salary: £38,000 – £48,000+

What We’re Looking For:

Senior / Associate / Principal Landscape Architect
 
Experience delivering landscape architecture projects in a consultancy or similar setting
Comfortable across design and technical stages
Ability to lead discussions with clients, local authorities, and communities
Excellent design, communication, and coordination skills  Company Benefits:
