Overview
We are seeking a skilled Architectural Draftsman with strong experience in REVIT to join our Architectural design team. The successful candidate will work remotely on a contract basis, full-time 5-days per week from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM Dubai time & Dubai national holidays calendar.
Responsibilities- Interpret sketches, markups, and design notes into detailed technical drawings
- Develop high-quality, detailed and accurate architectural drawings using Revit Architecture in a timely manner
- Follow BIM execution plans and drafting standards and organize files in accordance with department protocols
- Maintain consistent availability during working hours for MS-TEAMS calls (in English) with project stakeholders for communication and updates
- Perform quality checks of your own work and support in checking other draftsman work to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Stay current with the latest drafting and BIM trends, tools, and techniques, and contribute to team improvement initiatives by sharing best practices
- Experience with Autodesk REVIT Architecture
- Preferably hold Diploma in Architecture or Architectural Drafting or a related field
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy, especially when interpreting design notes, dimensioning, and coordinating with other disciplines
- Able to interpret technical requirements, building codes & regulations, specifications, material submittals
