job descriptionas our new graduate arboricultural consultant, you will be joining a market‑leading, innovative team (working across our birmingham, bristol, edinburgh, leeds, and london offices) that undertakes projects across a wide range of sectors, including buildings, energy and transport, in the uk and internationally. We provide a positive and supportive learning environment, including mentorship and a pathway to chartership.
your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- undertaking arboricultural surveys on projects
- preparation of drawings and reports using a range of software
- tree risk assessments
- attending project meetings and coordinating with other specialist disciplines
this role is available in the following locations:
edinburgh & newcastle.
qualificationsfor this role, we believe your starting point is:
- a degree in arboriculture
- experience with a range of it packages, including keytree, otiss, autocad and gis based platforms
- be numerically competent
- possess excellent english communication skills, both oral and written
- a collaborative attitude to working
- confident in developing your own networks
