This is a full-time hybrid role based in Singapore, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Architect / Design Lead will develop oversee the architectural design and project delivery process, ensuring innovative and sustainable solutions. Responsibilities include architecture planning, project management, aligning design with client objectives, and integrating technical and software development solutions. The position involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to deliver impactful and future-ready projects for community and enterprise development.
Qualifications- Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience in creating innovative and sustainable solutions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills for stakeholder collaboration and team management.
- Relevant academic credentials, such as a degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines.
- Knowledge of sustainable development practices and experience in working with multidisciplinary teams is a plus.
