A progressive, design-led architectural studio based in Romsey is seeking an Architectural Technician to join its expanding team. Key Responsibilities

Producing accurate and detailed technical drawings, schedules and specifications
Working collaboratively with architects and project teams across all RIBA stages
Coordinating with consultants, suppliers and contractors to support smooth project delivery
Ensuring compliance with relevant building regulations, planning requirements and environmental standards
Supporting the delivery of high-quality projects across multiple sectors

Skills and Experience

Proven experience working as an Architectural Technician within a UK architectural practice
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; experience with BIM workflows is advantageous
Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations, construction detailing and materials
Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
A collaborative approach, with the ability to work independently when required
