Your Role
In this role, you will be immersed in stimulating projects from inception through to delivery. Working alongside a large, talented team, you will actively contribute to the design and development of large-scale projects, ensuring each scheme is delivered at the highest standard. With a particular emphasis on Revit delivery, you will enhance your technical skills within a supportive environment while building on your solid design experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a team of architects on the design and delivery of high-profile hospitality, residential, and commercial projects.
- Prepare design documents and project presentations, ensuring alignment with client briefs and design intent.
- Deliver comprehensive Revit models and coordinated drawings for project execution.
- Assist in client meetings and site visits to support the progression from design to construction.
- Contribute innovative design ideas and solutions to maintain the studio’s reputation for exceptional quality.
- Recently qualified architect with 1-2 years post Part 3 experience.
- Proven track record of working on projects within the UK, with versatility across hotels, commercial spaces, or residential developments.
- Demonstrable experience on larger scale projects, with a keen eye for detail and design excellence.
- Proficiency in Revit is essential.
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills to thrive in a supportive, team-focused environment.
- Competitive salary in the range of £37,000 - £42000.
