Are you a commercially savvy Interior Designer who thrives in the fast-paced world of Commercial Design & Build? Do you enjoy being front and centre with clients, presenting ideas, shaping briefs, and driving projects forward with both creativity and commercial intelligence?

We’re partnering with a growing commercial interiors business in Swindon delivering high-quality workplace design and fit-out projects across the region. They operate a flexible hybrid working model, giving you the balance of studio collaboration and focused remote working.

This is a client-facing position where you’ll take ownership of projects from initial brief through to completion. You’ll be involved in pitches, presentations, and ongoing client management, acting as a trusted advisor as well as a designer.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Developing creative, commercially viable workplace design concepts
• Space planning and technical detailing
• Producing compelling pitch and presentation documents
• Leading and attending client meetings
• Working closely with pre-construction and delivery teams
• Managing design programmes and budgets
• Supporting projects on site through to completion

• Proven experience within Commercial Design & Build (D&B)
• Strong client-facing and presentation skills
• Clear commercial awareness, able to design within budget and understand project margins
• Confidence managing multiple projects at varying stages
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit advantageous)
• Excellent space planning and technical knowledge
• Ability to balance creativity with practicality
