Gloucester Salary: £27-30,000 A progressive architectural studio in Gloucester is looking for a talented Architectural Technologist to join their growing team. The practice is recognised for delivering innovative, sustainable, and technically robust design solutions across sectors including education, healthcare, residential, and commercial projects. Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and coordinate detailed technical drawings from planning through to construction
* Develop construction packages, specifications, schedules, and technical details
* Ensure all work complies with UK Building Regulations and planning requirements
* Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients to support project delivery
* Troubleshoot technical challenges at all RIBA stages
* Utilise Vectorworks and Archi

CAD to produce high-quality technical documentation Candidate Requirements
* Relevant qualification in Architectural Technology or equivalent practical experience
* Experience working within a UK architectural practice
* Strong technical understanding of building construction, detailing, and regulations
* Proficiency in Vectorworks and Archi

CAD is essential
* Solid knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning processes
* Excellent communication skills, proactive approach, and ability to work effectively in a team environment
