We are looking for a Midweight Producer with strong experiential production experience and a solid understanding of digital content delivery to join our team. You will work across a diverse range of brands spanning culture, fashion, sport and technology, delivering retail activations, brand environments and integrated digital content projects.
This role requires confident project ownership, strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage projects from brief through to installation, balancing creative ambition with budget and timeline control.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end to end delivery of experiential and digital production projects
- Manage multiple live projects simultaneously at varying stages of design, production and install
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules and budgets
- Own project finances including estimates, reconciliations, supplier POs and GP tracking
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and expectation management
- Collaborate closely with design, strategy and account teams to align creative intent with production feasibility
- Source and manage suppliers including fabricators, AV teams, digital developers and content creators
- Oversee on site installations, live activations and de‑rigs as required
- Maintain internal process standards and contribute to improving workflows
- Three to five years experience in a production role within a creative, experiential or retail focused agency
- Proven track record delivering physical activations, retail installations or live brand environments
- Strong budget management skills including forecasting and reconciliation
- Experience working across both physical and digital content production
- Confident managing suppliers and external partners
- Comfortable leading client meetings and production calls
- Excellent organisational and problem solving skills
- Proficient in production management tools and standard office software
- Commercially aware and solutions focused

- Standard hours 9.00am to 5.30pm with flexibility as required
- Based in our Shoreditch office
- Hybrid working model with minimum three days in office and two days working from home
