We’re now looking for a Senior Product Designer to join the Partner Platform Team, a high-impact, rapidly evolving unit within  . We are building the core ecosystem that connects estate agents with vital third-party services. This team drives industry-first, revenue-generating experiences, meaning your designs will directly shape how modern agencies operate and monetise.

We want someone who is tired of the "feature factory" grind and wants to work somewhere where design isn't just a department - it's a competitive advantage.

In many companies, a PM writes a brief, hands it to a designer, who hands it to an engineer. That is not us. At Street Group, you’ll be a strategic partner helping define what we build, not just what it looks like. Our users rely on us to run their businesses, so they love talking to us. You can spin up a call and validate a prototype instantly.

Partner with your PM and Engineers to shape the roadmap and decide what we build next (proactive, not reactive).

Jump on calls with users or visit them in-branch to understand pain points and test new workflows.

Move from low-fi sketches to high-fidelity, polished prototypes in Figma.

Facilitate workshops to synthesise research or ideate solutions.

You want to work on complex, high-converting marketing journeys within our products, understanding why a feature matters to an agent's bottom line.

You think from first principles and don't just apply "standard" patterns blindly. You ask questions that narrow down the solution space and aren't afraid to challenge the status quo.

You want to ship work that is polished, intuitive, and sets a new standard for the industry.

You prefer a strict, repetitive rhythm or a linear process without ambiguity, as you will find our pace stressful.

You prefer to design in a silo. We challenge each other constantly to get the best result, so if you don't like engineers or PMs questioning your process, this isn't the place.

You need to be told exactly what to do. We provide support, but we need people who see a problem and proactively chase the solution.

Experience:

You have roughly 5+ years of Product/UX Design experience (SaaS or complex product experience is a bonus).

Tooling:
You are fluent in Figma and know how to use and maintain design systems.

Research:
You are comfortable conducting your own user research and usability testing.

Communication:
You can articulate why you made a design decision to an engineer or a stakeholder.
