The OpportunityJoin our team of architects to design simple, purposeful, and technologically advanced buildings that meet environmental and human needs. Projects span transport, sport, science, industry, commercial buildings, and social infrastructure.
ResponsibilitiesWorking directly with the Architecture Leader, you will:
- Lead design and project development through all stages of a project.
- Deliver multidisciplinary architecture solutions in a “Total Architecture” environment.
- Support the growth and development of the architectural team.
- Collaborate closely with engineers and specialists across sectors.
- Part 1 RIBA‑accredited Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent.
- Part 2 RIBA‑accredited 2‑year Master’s degree or equivalent.
- Design flair with creative and analytical skills, 3D thinking, and proficiency in hand drawing and visualisation software.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and passionate about learning in a multidisciplinary setting.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, conceptual thinking, and organisational skills.
- Interest in sustainability and climate change resilience.
Successful candidates must have the legal right to work in the UK from the start date.
