Responsibility
- Production of drawings and documentation required by the project including Authority submission, Design, Tender, Construction issuance.
- Maintain CAD/BIM standards in the drawings
- Check compliance to local standards and codes
- Coordinate with external team members
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office
- Hands on experience in Corenet submission process
- Familiar with Singapore standards and building regulations
- Able to handle correspondence with Authorities and project team
- Able to work both independently and with a team
- Self-motivated, proactive and systematic
- Remuneration will be based on skill and experience
- Flexible work from home arrangement
- Flexible working hours depending on ability to deliver quality work, great for self-motivated employees with home caregiving responsibilities
- Mentored by experienced Architect on project procedures, authorities requirement, work with fellow consultants to efficiently deliver high quality projects
